ImageToSketch provides an online image conversion experience that can transform uploaded photos or images into pencil sketches, line drawings, outline art, ink-style results, and related creative outputs.

The service is intended for personal, creative, educational, design, and productivity use. Results may vary based on the quality of the source image, selected style, prompts, model behavior, and technical conditions.

2. Free Access and No Account Requirement

ImageToSketch is currently provided as a free public tool. You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide payment information to use the public converter.

We may update, limit, change, suspend, or discontinue free access, usage limits, supported formats, processing models, or specific features at any time. If future premium or paid features are introduced, separate terms or payment conditions may apply.

3. Your Uploaded Content

You are responsible for all images, files, prompts, and other materials you upload or submit to the service. You must own the content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload it and use the generated results.

By uploading content, you grant ImageToSketch and its service providers a limited, temporary, non-exclusive permission to process that content solely for operating the service, generating results, delivering temporary downloads, maintaining security, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting technical issues.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content to ImageToSketch. Uploaded images and generated results are automatically cleared within the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Generated Results and Responsibility

Generated sketches, line art, and other outputs are produced automatically. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, error-free, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from visual artifacts.

You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using, publishing, printing, sharing, or distributing them. If you use results for commercial purposes, client work, merchandise, advertising, or public display, you are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights to the original image and that your use complies with applicable laws.

ImageToSketch does not provide legal, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or licensing advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImageToSketch in any way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or disruptive. You also agree not to upload or generate content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

You must not:

• upload images you do not own or have permission to use;
• upload private, confidential, illegal, exploitative, or harmful content;
• violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service;
• use bots, scripts, or automated systems in a way that creates abusive traffic;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or technical restrictions;
• use the service to create or distribute misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

ImageToSketch, including the website design, interface, code, branding, text, and service features, is owned by ImageToSketch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of ImageToSketch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how uploaded images, generated results, cookies, analytics data, and technical information are handled.

Uploaded images and generated results are automatically cleared from our systems within 6 hours. Please review the Privacy Policy for additional details.
